Return and refund policy

Return window

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice where applicable.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact us at vishal@travelkhushi.com or 8317647374 with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Bank, payment provider, or card processing times may vary.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photos or video proof so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable cases

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or returned after the return window may be refused. Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
